Featuring 17 programmable tactile buttons, it adapts to most kitchen configurations with 119 character options per key and interchangeable legend sheets. Built for durability, it boasts stainless steel dome disk switches rated for 5 million+ touch operations and a UV-resistant plastic enclosure to withstand heat up to 158 degrees F (70 degrees C).
